Fort Smith, Ark. – According to the ARDOT officials, El Dorado Water and Sewer will install a sewer main at the intersection of Highway 82B and Lilac Street.
Traffic will be detoured as signed onto Highways 167 and 82 with assistance from local law enforcement.
