Arkansas – Forestry Division personnel participated in an aviation training session this week in Roe, Arkansas.
Hosted annually by Coastal Air Strike in partnership with Boedeker Flying Service, the training provided both in-depth classroom instruction and hands-on experience.
Coastal Air Strike has played a key role in supporting wildfire suppression efforts in Arkansas, particularly through the use of Single Engine Air Tankers.
These aircraft are essential for combating wildland fires across the state, enhancing the Forestry Division’s ability to respond to fire emergencies efficiently.
