Fort Smith, Ark. – Police in Fort Smith responded to a serious motorcycle accident on Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, near the 7900–8400 block of Massard Road.
According to the Fort Smith Police Department, the crash involved a single motorcycle, and the rider sustained life-threatening injuries.
Accident reconstruction officers were called to the scene, and authorities said the roadway will remain closed for several hours during the investigation.
Police advised drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes while the closure is in place.
