Fort Smith, Ark. – The Fort Smith Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle accident near the Fort Smith Pavilion on April 29, according to an official release.
Authorities said the crash occurred close to Pavilion Drive and involved multiple vehicles. The individuals involved sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
