Primary body contact warning for swimming in the Caddo River withdrawn due to low E. coli levels

Little Rock, Arkansas – The primary body contact advisory that was placed on the Caddo River has been lifted, according to the Arkansas Department of Health’s announcement on Monday.

The ADH claims that the warning came from the Highway 70 Bridge near Glenwood, which spans the Caddo River.

The E coli levels are currently below the level of concern, according to the sample results provided by the Arkansas Division of Environmental Quality.

This region is now safe for swimming.
