Kentucky – A 20-year-old man from Kentucky is behind bars and later charged with multiple feIonies after being discovered without cIothes in the bedroom of a underage girl, 13. The victim’s parent found the defendant, P. Krammer, last week, leading to a swift police response and subsequent arrest.

The 20-year-old man faces serious charges, including two counts of second-degree r-pe, one count of second-degree s-domy, and one count of second-degree burgIary. He is currently held at the county jail on a $250,000 cash bond. A preliminary court hearing is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the victim’s parent was awakened around 12:30 a.m. by noises coming from his daughter’s room. Upon investigation, he discovered an adult male, later identified as the 20-year-old man, lying naked on the bedroom floor. The father confronted the man, informed him that police were being called, and went downstairs to retrieve a firearm. As the defendant attempted to flee, the parent fired several warning shots into the ground near the front porch.

Kentucky authorities responded promptly to the scene. They discovered a vehicle parked nearby, which was registered to the 20-year-old man. The father positively identified the 20-year-old man from the driver’s license photo attached to the vehicle’s registration. A search ensued, and with the assistance of a drone, authorities located him nearby, where he was arrested at approximately 2:34 a.m.

During an interview with detectives, the 20-year-old man admitted to driving approximately 90 miles to meet the victim, 13. He acknowledged that they had been communicating online and had agreed to meet in person. The defendant’s admissions led to the additional charges of r-pe and s-domy.

In Kentucky, the legal age of consent is 16. Engaging in se-ual activity with individuals under this age is considered statutory r-pe, regardless of any claimed consent. The defendant’s case underscores the legal implications of such actions.
