Lowell Man Arrested in Connection with Death at Concord Street Residence

Lowell, ARK — A 72-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a death at a residence on Concord Street in Lowell. Authorities responded to a medical call at the home on the morning of January 3, where emergency personnel discovered an individual who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
