Fort Smith, Ark. – Two officers with the Fort Smith Police Department in Arkansas recently volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House in Fort Smith, where they prepared dinner for families staying at the facility.
According to the department, Officer Shoptaw and Officer Williams cooked meals as part of an effort to support families in the community facing medical challenges.
The department said it appreciated the opportunity to assist local families in a meaningful way through the volunteer effort.
