Fort Smith, Ark. – According to the police officials, the suspect was taken into custody right before midnight late Wednesday night.
The shooting reportedly left one 15-year-old dead and a 12-year-old with non-life-threatening injuries.
No further details will be released at this time due to the suspect’s age, but police officials announced that they will be releasing more information as it becomes available and appropriate to do so.
This incident remains under investigation.
