Fort Smith, Ark. – His name is Victor Perdo Domingo and he allegedly hit Juan Antonio Castillo,33, at the intersection of North 45th and North J Streets.
The suspect admitted to driving the dark blue Chevrolet Malibu that struck Castillo who was riding an inter tube pulled by a van in the snow. The Malibu was traveling too fast for the snowy condition.
The injured man was transported to a hospital outside the area having sustained life-threatening injuries and is reportedly in critical condition.
Domingo was booked for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, driving without a license, and driving too fast for conditions. He is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
