Fort Smith firefighters connect with youth at Heroes United 2025 event

Fort Smith, Ark. – Firefighters from the Fort Smith Fire Department recently took part in the Heroes United 2025 gathering at Baptist Health–Fort Smith, joining a community-focused event aimed at inspiring the next generation of healthcare and emergency service professionals.

The event brought together students from the UAMS MASH (Medical Applications of Science for Health) program and participants in Baptist Health’s Caring Teen Summer Program.

Designed to foster connections between young people and local emergency responders, Heroes United 2025 provided a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and career exploration.
