Concerned about the roads in Arkansas? Ask ArDOT

Jonesboro, Arkansas – On Monday, October 2, the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) unveiled “Ask ArDOT,” a new customer support portal.

With Ask ArDOT, the public can easily contact ArDOT staff members with inquiries and feedback regarding any topic related to Arkansas’s highways and interstates, including job applications, trucking permits, potholes, and construction project specifics.

“ArDOT has always prided itself on its high standard of communication with the public,” ArDOT Director Lorie Tudor said. “This new customer service platform furthers that commitment. This software allows us to track stakeholder input and inquiries and to use that data to better serve the citizens of Arkansas.”

To use Ask ArDOT, navigate to ArDOT.gov, select the “Contact Us” option, and then click the Ask ArDOT platform link. The process will ask citizens to register using their email address so that ArDOT staff can get in touch with them.

After logging in, the public has a selection of several categories to submit their question under. Popular topics, fast links, and frequently asked questions are also available to them. After submitting their inquiry, residents can view updates and have one-on-one communication with ArDOT by logging back into their account at any time.

Citizens can ask questions, acquire information, and follow the progress of their inquiries with Ask ArDOT. Ask ArDOT aims to provide citizens with a simple, comprehensive, and quick customer service experience because ArDOT places a high value on serving the people of Arkansas.
