Fort Smith, Ark. – The City of Fort Smith is celebrating the completion of improvements to the diving well at Creekmore Park Pool as the facility welcomes visitors for the summer season.
In a social media post, the city shared a look back at the diving well through the years and highlighted the newly upgraded feature, which is now open to the public.
City officials said they are excited for residents and visitors to enjoy the improved diving well and create new summer memories at the popular community pool.
The city also reminded families about the pool’s Splash Special, offered every Tuesday and Thursday. For $5, youth guests receive pool admission, a drink, and a choice of nachos or an Uncrustable.
Officials noted that groups of 10 or more are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling (479) 784-1006.
Creekmore Park Pool is now open for the summer season, and city leaders are encouraging residents to gather friends and enjoy the updated facility.
