Fort Smith, Ark. – The Carol Ann Cross Park Boardwalk is officially complete and ready for exploration, marking a significant milestone for Fort Smith’s outdoor recreation.
The 0.45-mile accessible pathway now connects the park to the scenic Arkansas River overlook, bringing visitors closer to nature.
With this new addition, the Carol Ann Cross Park trail expands to a total of 1.2 miles, offering visitors even more opportunities to enjoy activities like fishing, kayaking, and scenic walks.
The boardwalk eliminates barriers and enhances the park’s accessibility for all.
The boardwalk is now open to the public at Carol Ann Cross Park, inviting everyone to come experience this exciting new feature.
