Fort Smith, Ark. – According to the state officials, the closures will allow crews to add an asphalt overlay to the existing roadway.
The project will start at Dan Avenue and continue north toward Bono to County Road 118.
The project is expected to take six weeks to complete.
Traffic will be controlled with message boards, construction barrels, and signage.
Drivers are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
