Arkansas man arrested after woman and two minors died in fatal crash he allegedly caused when the vehicle collided head-on with victim’s vehicle after crossing the center line

Arkansas – Special Agents with the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division arrested a Little Rock man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that killed three people in Pulaski County.

According to investigators, Victor Reyes, 33, was arrested on May 5 following the crash that occurred around 9:15 p.m. on May 3 on Arch Street near Dixon Road.

Authorities said Reyes was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado northbound on Arch Street when the vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 2026 Buick.

A woman and two minors inside the Buick died from their injuries, according to Arkansas State Police.

Investigators said Reyes fled the scene on foot after the crash. Special agents later arrested him around 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Reyes was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center, where he was charged with three counts of negligent homicide.
