Fort Smith, Ark. – The City of Fort Smith is calling on food truck vendors to participate in an upcoming community celebration marking the 250th anniversary of America’s Independence Day.
City officials said the event, hosted in collaboration with Mayor George McGill, will offer vendors an opportunity to serve residents, showcase their businesses, and take part in a historic national milestone.
Organizers are encouraging interested vendors to apply early, noting that space is limited. As part of the application process, vendors must provide required permits and licenses, including a valid Fort Smith business license and a State of Arkansas health certificate.
Applicants who do not yet have all documents ready may still begin the process and submit remaining materials at a later time.
City representatives emphasized that the celebration aims to bring the community together while supporting local businesses and creating a festive environment for attendees.
Additional details and application information are available through the city’s official vendor registration form.
