Fort Smith, Ark. – The Fort Smith Police Department participated in the city’s Christmas parade on December 13, with Chief Baker walking alongside officers as they represented the department and engaged with residents lining the route.
Leading the parade was the department’s Motors Unit, whose coordinated movements and professionalism helped set the tone for the holiday event.
