Fort Smith, Ark. – The City of Fort Smith announced schedule changes for Solid Waste Services in observance of Veterans Day.
Residential collections scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, will instead take place on Wednesday, November 12.
Commercial collections will continue as usual, while industrial collections will have limited service.
The landfill will operate on a shortened schedule, open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
