Fort Smith, Ark. – An officer from the Fort Smith Police Department attended the Chuck Fawcett Realty Trunk or Treat event at Central Mall, bringing along the department’s Scribble Car.
Children had the chance to decorate the car with colorful designs, show off their costumes, and collect candy.
The event provided a fun way for families to celebrate Halloween, and the department thanked everyone who stopped by to enjoy the festivities with Fort Smith PD.
