Fort Smith, Ark. – The City of Fort Smith reminded residents that they do not need to wait for the City Wide Clean-Up to properly dispose of electronic waste.
Old electronics can be dropped off at any time at no cost.
Fort Smith and Sebastian County residents can bring their e-waste to the Fort Smith Landfill, located at 5900 Commerce Road, for safe and proper disposal.
Accepted items include computers, laptops, monitors, keyboards, printers, phones, tablets, cables, and small electronics such as stereos, game consoles, and routers.
The landfill is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. It is closed on Sundays.
