Arkansas – The Arkansas Division of Law Enforcement Standards and Training is welcoming officers from across the state to attend the Summer Leadership, Wellness and Resiliency Summit on June 18, 2025, at the ALETA – Central Academy in Benton.
The summit is open to all active law enforcement officers, with no rank restrictions. It aims to promote leadership development, personal wellness, and resilience among those who serve on the front lines of public safety.
“As law enforcement leaders, our core mission is to safeguard the well-being and safety of Arkansas citizens,” the department said in a public statement. “That mission is only possible through the selfless service and unwavering commitment of our officers.”
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with lunch provided. Registration can be completed online through the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training website or upon arrival at the event.
Held at ALETA – Central Academy, located at 13600 I-30 in Benton, the summit will feature sessions focused on wellness strategies, mental health, leadership growth, and stress management. Organizers encourage early registration but will accommodate walk-in participants on the day of the summit.
