In 2023, just days after a court granted the victim shared cust0dy of their child, he was fataIIy shot outside his apartment in Frorida. According to the court documents, the victim was unloading groceries from his car with his child, 4, present when he was ambushed and killed by the defendant’s family member, 55-year-old Jasson.
The Sheriff’s Office launched an immediate investigation into the shooting. Evidence quickly pointed to a premeditated plot orchestrated by the woman. Authorities in Florida discovered that the woman had been in communication with her family member throughout the week leading up to the murder, coordinating the attack via online chat.
