Fort Smith, Ark. – The Fort Smith Planning Department approved a Door-to-Door Residential Sales and Solicitation permit for Unwired, LLC, allowing its representatives to conduct sales in residential areas from March 5 through March 18.
During this period, Unwired, LLC solicitors are permitted to go door to door between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Solicitation is not allowed on Sundays.
Residents are encouraged to remain aware of solicitation activity and have the right to ask for identification from any solicitor.
If individuals experience aggressive or inappropriate behavior, they are advised to report it to the authorities.
