Fort Smith, Ark. – The Fort Smith Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 13-year-old Charles Cotton, who was reported as a runaway on January 29, 2025.
He was last seen around 5 p.m. on January 28, wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes with pink tread. Cotton is 5’9″ and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Fort Smith Police Department at 479-709-5000 or call 911.
