Little Rock, ARK – A manhunt is currently underway in Saline County as authorities search for Calvertis Jarrett, a suspect wanted in connection with a domestic incident that left one individual injured. The Saline County Sheriff’s Office, along with multiple local agencies, is actively pursuing Jarrett, who is believed to be on foot and may have traveled into Pulaski County.
According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Department, the victim of the domestic altercation sustained non-life-threatening injuries. No fatalities have been reported in connection with the incident.
Jarrett, who was arrested on December 25th for a similar offense, had been released on a $350 bond just hours before the latest incident occurred. He is described as wearing blue jeans and a black shirt at the time of the alleged altercation.
Authorities urge anyone with information about Jarrett’s whereabouts to contact local law enforcement immediately. Lieutenant Kirk from the Saline County Sheriff’s Office noted that the search for the suspect remains ongoing as of the latest update.
