Little Rock Police Seek Suspect in Black Friday Shooting at Park Plaza Mall

Little Rock, ARK – Authorities are searching for 18-year-old Antonio Coleman Jr. in connection with a shooting that occurred at Park Plaza Mall on Black Friday, leaving two people injured.

According to the Little Rock Police Department (LRPD), Coleman is facing two charges of criminal attempt to commit capital murder. Detectives have identified him as the primary suspect in the shooting, which took place at approximately 1:45 p.m. on November 29.

Officers were dispatched to the mall after receiving reports of an active aggressor. Upon arrival, they discovered one victim with injuries at the scene, while a second victim later sought medical treatment at a separate hospital. Both individuals are expected to make a full recovery.

Initially, LRPD officials indicated that three people had been injured in the incident. However, they later clarified that only two victims had sustained injuries.

The shooting took place during a busy shopping period, and investigators are urging anyone with information about Coleman’s whereabouts or the incident to come forward. Authorities have not disclosed further details about the motive behind the shooting or the events leading up to the incident.

The LRPD has assured the public that they are working diligently to apprehend Coleman and ensure the safety of the community.
