Arkansas – On April 9, 2025, agents with the Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division arrested 43-year-old Traci Caldwell in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred in Pulaski County on the evening of March 31.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office initially contacted ASP at approximately 8:45 p.m. on the night of the incident, reporting a pedestrian fatality near the intersection of Arch Street and Bailey Road in south Pulaski County.

Responding authorities discovered the body of 32-year-old Joshua Meredith of Little Rock lying on the shoulder of the road. His clothing and personal belongings were found scattered in the surrounding area, indicating he had been struck with significant force.
