Little Rock, Arkansas – At 9:20 p.m. on Saturday, Highway 412 crashed in a remote area of Madison County, killing three persons.
A fatal crash report from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety states that Chasitie Vandroof, 36, of Springdale was driving her Honda westbound when she attempted to pass Aaron Vasquez Figueroa, 18, who was operating a Chevy.
According to the complaint, Tiffany Darity, 40, was operating an incoming Toyota when Vandroof, who was attempting to overtake Figueroa, crossed the center line into the eastbound lane.
According to the investigation, Figueroa’s Chevy veered off the road and collided with an embankment.
After colliding, the Honda and Toyota both rolled numerous times, according to the investigation.
Along with Vandroof and a child in the Honda, 38-year-old Green Forest resident Jacob Doss was also killed in the collision while riding in the Toyota.
Fernando A. Montario, a passenger in Figueroa’s car, and Darity were all hurt in the collision. They were reportedly escorted to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville to receive medical attention for their wounds.
At the time of the collision, the sky was clear and the ground was dry.
